The most affordable is on Broad St. between Lombard and Pine., attached to the Suzanne Roberts Theatre. It is about 6 blocks walking distance from the store, but charges about half the amount than most of the surrounding ‘pay to parks’. There is also a new parking site under contstruction directly next to the store on Juniper Street in between Chestnut and Samson which should be opening up in the next couple of months.

i travel to philadelphia from wyomissing approximately 1 hr ride depending on traffic one hour and a half. i have art stores very nearby, but none can compare to dick blicks art store in philadelphia.

the staff are extremely helpful, and knowledgeble in art in all forms. the variety of art supplies is unsurpassed in the tri-state area. i cast my vote for dick blicks art store in philadelphia.

I am a arts school student and very proud of you doing this great charity help. Become a artist is really a tough job, but I like arts, I like to see the arts change people’s life and make them feel another side of the life.

Hi,

I would like to congratulate you and the other companies for not looking at those who need, especially in a world where indifference is a common practice.
I know by personal experience that Dick Blick is not a “company” but people who are always helpful, either in terms of the art supplies business, as supporting the arts through events.

Only an individual who’s got the determination and sheer passion can do such thing. I always find myself in awe when I encounter write-ups about people who pursue their advocacies despite the obstacles they may encounter along the way. It is very rare to find people like Mr. Glazier whose determination and faith were unwavering.
